  • Products: All products are handcrafted from sustainable cork. Product descriptions are subject to change and may contain errors.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in SEK and include/exclude VAT as applicable.

  • Payments: We accept payment methods displayed on the website. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

  • Shipping and delivery: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If we are waiting for stock replenishment, orders may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy (in accordance with applicable law). Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
